What do you fill the machine with?

Our machine comes filled with carefully selected plushies that vary based on the event. Every guest is guaranteed to take one home.

What's included in every package?

All packages include the claw machine rental for 2 hours, a dedicated attendant, plushies for every guest, candy-filled favor bags, a decor table display, and full delivery, setup, and pickup.


At this time, themes are limited and based on availability. Reach out to us to discuss options for your event.

Are themes available?


No. All of our fees are upfront and due prior to the event. Additional fees may apply only if your event is outside our standard service area.

Are there any hidden fees?


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 3 or more weeks before the event allow rescheduling within 6 months, pending availability. Cancellations within 3 weeks result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit and the 50% event payment. Due to the unpredictability of weather, no refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.


What if my guest count doesn't fit one of the packages?

All of our packages are customizable. We also service events larger than 40 guests and offer corporate/extended hour rentals. Contact us and we'll work with you.


What are the setup requirements?

The machine must be placed on a flat, level surface (3' x 3' minimum). If outdoors, it must be under a professional-grade tent or covered patio. The client must provide a dedicated 120V outlet within 10 feet of the setup location.


What if there are stairs or limited access at the venue?

Please let us know in advance. Our machines are heavy, and if access is restricted without prior notice, a Difficult Load-In fee may apply.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, cash, direct deposit, and credit card.


When is payment due?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. 50% of the event package is due 3 weeks before the event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before.


Do you carry insurance?

Yes. We carry insurance for all events based on event type, requirements, and capacity.


What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Miami-Dade (33178, 33175) and Broward (33029). A small travel fee may apply for locations 20+ miles away.
