Machine Safety & Care No food or drinks are allowed near the machine. The machine must be placed on a flat, level surface. If outdoors, it must be under a professional-grade tent or covered patio to protect from sun and rain. The client is responsible for providing a dedicated standard 120V power outlet within 10 feet of the machine setup location. Setup area requires a 3' x 3' flat surface minimum.
Guest Count & Packages Packages are based on rental hours and guest count. Additional plushies can be added up to 48 hours before the event for an additional cost. Contact us for tiered pricing details.
Delivery & Access Our machines are heavy. Please notify us in advance if there are stairs, narrow elevators, or gravel paths at the venue. If access is restricted without prior notice, a Difficult Load-In fee will apply. We currently service Miami-Dade and Broward County. A small travel fee may apply to locations 20+ miles away.
Deposits & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit can be applied to a rescheduled date within 6 months, subject to availability, if cancellation occurs 3 or more weeks before the event. A refundable security deposit of $250.00 is due at the time of the 50% payment. This deposit is separate from the service payment and is fully refundable barring no damage to equipment or its accessories. An initial payment of 50% of the event package is required 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 3 or more weeks prior to the event date will receive a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling is allowed within 6 months, pending availability. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to the event date result in forfeiture of both the non-refundable deposit and the 50% event payment. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability but is considered a new booking and requires all new payments. Due to the unpredictability of weather, there will be no refunds for weather-related changes or cancellations.
Security Deposit & Damages The security deposit is refundable barring no damage to equipment, outlets, connection plugs, functionality, or lighting. Damages will be assessed at the end of the event via a detailed checklist prior to breakdown and loading. Any findings will be communicated to the client before departure.
Liability ALY & Co. LLC is not responsible for any injuries during play. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The client is responsible for any major damage to the machine caused by guest misuse, including but not limited to cracked glass, broken joysticks, or damaged buttons. The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALY & Co. LLC from any claims or actions brought by guests or third parties related to the equipment rental.
Photo & Video Release By booking with ALY & Co., the client grants permission for us to take photos and videos of the machine and its usage during the event. These may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you or any guests prefer not to be filmed, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
